We regret to inform you that Metonymy Machine GmbH, has been liquidated, effective April 18th. This decision was reached after careful consideration of the company’s financial position and market dynamics.
Despite our best efforts to navigate the challenges faced in recent years, including intensified competition and evolving customer demands, we have unfortunately been unable to secure the necessary resources to sustain operations. As a result, the company’s leadership, in consultation with legal advisors and key stakeholders, has made the difficult choice to proceed with liquidation.
Throughout this process, we remain committed to fulfilling our obligations to all stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and shareholders. The liquidation will be overseen by a reputable professional, referred to as “The Liquidator,” who will work diligently to ensure an orderly and fair distribution of assets.
The Liquidator will conduct a comprehensive review of Metonymy Machine GmbH’s assets, liabilities, and financial records. This process will involve assessing outstanding obligations, settling debts, and managing the sale of assets to maximize the recovery value for all stakeholders. The Liquidator will also communicate with creditors, ensuring that any claims are properly addressed and resolved in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
As a first announcement: The IPs “EveryNFT”, “WomenHackersClub” and “Cyclops” have been sold to Exosolar Films UG.
